Management Services

We currently operate in 8 counties and have experience in managing Owners Associations for Condominiums, Town Homes, Single Family Homes, and Business Complexes varying from 10 units to well over 2,000 homes. Some HOA’s have different amenities such as swimming pools, splash pads, parks, fully stocked fishing ponds, dog parks, volleyball courts, etc.; many of which our company has been an intricate part of establishing/building.

Our Staff:

HOA Managers: The HOA Managers oversee all the needs of each HOA. They work closely with Board of Directors, Committee Members, Developers, Homeowners, and Vendors.

Violations Coordinator: This person is solely responsible (Under Manager’s supervision) for visiting all HOA’s to assess for violations of the Restrictive Covenants, they will mail out notices for any noncompliance issues, coordinate hearings for any ongoing noncompliance, etc.

Accounting Department: We have a staff of five (5) employees to serve your HOA’s collection needs, to pay all the HOA bills, process dues payments, etc.

Maintenance Technicians: We have a full staff of Maintenance Technicians available to meet the needs of any HOA’s common area repairs. We also offer services for all of your HOAs pool maintenance needs by our federally certified pool operators (CPO).
